Electro Jazz songs

At Sunside Paris on September 13
At Carcassonne Festival on August 10
At Nantes on June 15

The unexpected encounter of borderless musical styles and poetry to go with the flow of “Cascades” a trio performing electro jazz songs.
Three artists mix their artistic universes on the lyrics and music of Vanessa Hidden.

“Vanessa is a singer, songwriter and songwriter who has performed all over the world. Claude Debussy, Erik Satie, Michel Legrand looked at the cradle of Cascades. His finely chiseled texts in French lead us into a dreamlike universe, vocalizations rub shoulders with jazz fusion, giving free rein to the improvisational qualities of the musicians.”

Armelle Cozic

Sand in the wind… the voice of the bewitching Vanessa Hidden, summons our hearts, capsizes our states of mind… Floats in her Cascades the rhythm of her poetry between the breath of a November night and the ode to the women Sister… She sings I’m coming and we can’t wait to open this door to listen to her. Run there!

Patricia Padovani

Their influences: french song, improvised jazz music, Afro-Latin percussion, lyrical voice and electro hues.

Le Banquet des Temps Futurs

Saxophonist Alex Augé stood out with his Solipsies where the effects of the multiple sound tracks worked live and the superimpositions of sounds and rhythms made his performance a great moment in today’s music. Franck Garcia and his keyboards bewitched the public in the company of Stéphanie Fontanarosa during a magnetic journey devoted to works by Ligeti, Adams, Wyatt. Brought together by the festival for this creation, the two artists crossed their sensibilities and their universes, merging languages and writings. Surrounded by opera singer Vanessa Hidden, drummer Robinson Rouquet and pianist Stéphanie Fontanarosa, they invite us to a concert dressed in lights and video images.

Fontanarosa-Hidden’s Duet

Following in France, the Festival in Avignon, Les Musicales in Bagatelle and Le Palais des Congrès in Nantes, the musical women’s duet is always ready to hit the road with its sparkling recital and its musical show « C’est toujours ça de pris! ».

Their friendship starts with their encounter during the Orphée Opera by Daniel Tosi and continues with the incredible adventure of the Off Festival in Avignon at the Théâtre des Vents with the musical show « C’est toujours ça de pris! »

A show created and produced by the French Company Paris Broadway Saigon. With Vanessa Hidden (Voice), Stéphanie Fontanarosa and Tristan Michel (Keyboard, alternately) Stéphane Ly-Cuong (Director) and Jef Castaing (costumes).

A modern, epicurean and unhinibited young women, heroin of « C’est toujours ça de pris ! » enjoys with innocence the tiny pleasures of life. Her philosophy ? Find pleasure where it stands… at the risk of burning one’s wing ! with prankishness and humour, Vanessa Hidden depicts sketches of today’s life, with songs of the old days that have withstood the test of time … for a sparkling, tender and light musical show that brings together nostalgia and modernity.
